Disability Support Worker

Are you reliable and enthusiastic? Are you wanting to work with a respected, local disability support provider based in Colac?

We are seeking expressions of interest for providing a range of supports to our clients within the community, in their homes, and in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment. You can help empower and encourage our clients to improve their quality of life.

 Candidates with previous disability experience will be highly desirable, we are also open to applications from those currently studying disability or a similar field.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to support the participants to achieve independent living skills and goals
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Level II First Aid and CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening check
